Overview
Lead residential ADU construction projects in Southern California and coordinate project teams. This role drives operational excellence and prepares candidates for future leadership opportunities.
What You'll Do11
- 1Communicate with subcontractors on company expectations and quality control
- 2Provide training to construction department and develop SOPs
- 3Create efficient team schedules to meet project deadlines
- 4Arrange project implementation plans and supervise assistants and subcontractors
- 5Be on-site daily to coordinate schedules and manage project management teams
- 6Maintain organized control of multiple job sites and PM schedules
- 7Estimate job pricing and compare with subcontractor submissions
- 8Participate in project meetings and document discussions through detailed minutes
- 9Contribute to quality assurance/control reviews at milestone checkpoints
- 10Check job sites before submission to ensure regulatory compliance
- 11Manage language requirements and relocation logistics
Requirements10
- 1Minimum 3 years residential construction management experience in Los Angeles area
- 2Minimum 3 years proven experience in construction team management
- 3Solid understanding of LA residential project processes and building codes
- 4Ability to handle inspections and related issues successfully
- 5Strong problem-solving skills and independent analytical mindset
- 6Excellent communication and stakeholder cooperation abilities
- 7Proficiency in construction software and Microsoft Office
- 8Reliable transportation to work sites
- 9Chinese language proficiency required
- 10Willingness to travel minimum 50 percent
