Overview

Colorado Network Staffing seeks an experienced Construction Manager to lead federal clients through project construction phases. The manager will provide technical and administrative support to the Field Engineer while ensuring contract compliance, quality assurance, safety, scheduling, and field coordination.

What You'll Do5

  • 1Review construction modifications, plans, specifications, quantity estimates, and project schedules to verify compliance with engineering standards and contract requirements
  • 2Monitor construction activities for technical and contractual compliance and identify issues to develop solutions that minimize delays
  • 3Provide guidance on quality assurance, quality control, and construction safety requirements while assisting with daily inspection reports and material testing
  • 4Attend and document project meetings and coordinate with the Field Engineer project management contractors inspectors and other stakeholders
  • 5Report progress safety concerns contractual issues and potential delays to appropriate personnel and communicate significant discussions with contractors

Requirements5

  • 1Minimum of seven years of contract management and construction inspection experience
  • 2Professional degree or equivalent field experience
  • 3Extensive experience with water conveyance structures earthen structures embankment removal and slurry cutoff walls
  • 4Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings specifications and contract documents
  • 5Strong written communication skills for correspondence technical reports and professional correspondence

$104 - $125k per year
