What You'll Do11
- 1Collaborate with project teams to verify contract inclusions and scope of work
- 2Analyze proposals and value engineering options to optimize outcomes
- 3Utilize prefabrication strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- 4Maintain accurate 3-week manpower forecasts and adjust resources accordingly
- 5Enforce safety protocols and maintain positive client relationships
- 6Develop and maintain BIM/CAD processes for accurate modeling and documentation
- 7Create prefabrication plans and coordinate with fabrication shops
- 8Implement QA/QC plans to ensure systems meet quality standards
- 9Prepare daily reports and document all project activities
- 10Lead crews in executing installations while meeting schedules and budgets
- 11Ensure compliance with local codes and manufacturer specifications
Requirements9
- 15+ years managing commercial mechanical projects valued between $1-10M
- 2Journeyman license in Pipefitting certification
- 3CO Driver’s License with clear motor vehicle record
- 4Valid background check and drug screening clearance
- 5Physical stamina to handle lifting 50-70 pounds and strenuous activities
- 6Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions
- 7Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- 8Strong leadership abilities to direct crews effectively
- 9Knowledge of BIM/CAD software and construction documentation practices
