What You'll Do16

  • 1Assist Foreman with leading high performance teams serving local customers
  • 2Review job specifications to determine materials tools and equipment needed prior to reporting to job site
  • 3Assess job conditions on-site and set forth plans based on time allotment tools needed and order of work assigning duties to crew members
  • 4Install products and services with support of a national team of trained professionals
  • 5Innovate and troubleshoot situations to complete jobs meeting company standards and timetables
  • 6Provide customers with superior quality and service while performing work onsite
  • 7Ensure accurate documentation and proper handoff of all final paperwork
  • 8Safely load and unload materials tools and equipment and clean trucks
  • 9Drive company vehicles safely and operate them according to regulations
  • 10Supervise and mentor a crew of two or more people in the absence of the Foreman
  • 11Communicate with customers before during and after job completion addressing any changes
  • 12Complete necessary paperwork check-in and check-out procedures as needed
  • 13Maintain trade specific tool proficiency and proper equipment care
  • 14Lift heavy objects up to 22 kg walk and stand for long periods perform strenuous labor
  • 15Foster positive team environment building strong relationships and inspiring trust and respect
  • 16Adhere to company policies promoting safety and anti harassment harassment discrimination practices

Requirements9

  • 1High school diploma GED or equivalent work experience required
  • 2Strong communication skills ability to motivate and be a team player
  • 3Previous experience leading crews or small teams in construction or home services
  • 4Basic construction or mechanical knowledge
  • 5Valid non restrictive driver’s license
  • 6Ability to enter crawl spaces and confined areas
  • 7Physical stamina to lift carry and perform strenuous labor
  • 8Excellent manual dexterity and multi limb coordination
  • 9Ability to quickly move arms legs and read reports data and computer screens
