What You'll Do11

  • 1Conduct Flex & Stretch with all crew members to maximize productivity
  • 2Plan each day’s tasks based on project requirements and resource availability
  • 3Supply all tools and equipment necessary to complete daily tasks efficiently
  • 4Work with Field Operations and PM to select appropriate manpower for each project
  • 5Resolve field and shop issues promptly to maintain workflow continuity
  • 6Schedule shop and warehouse deliveries according to project timelines
  • 7Identify and address safety concerns in every work area
  • 8Complete Safety Observations as required and lead toolbox talks with crew members
  • 9Coordinate with other trades to ensure seamless project execution
  • 10Develop and update 3-week look ahead schedules for proactive planning
  • 11Maintain accurate completion lists and minimize rework through diligent oversight

Requirements11

  • 1High school diploma or GED with 5+ years mechanical industry experience
  • 2JATC apprenticeship program completion with 5+ years leadership experience
  • 3OSHA 30 certification and relevant trade certifications
  • 4Proven track record of multi-tasking in fast-paced environments
  • 5Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong decision-making abilities
  • 6Ability to make impartial personnel decisions without personal bias
  • 7Trustworthy and dedicated professional with positive attitude
  • 8Willingness to work extended hours when necessary
  • 9Industry certifications in welding brazing med-gas systems preferred
  • 10Travel capability for off-site project locations
