What You'll Do10

  • 1Assist Project Managers in managing a portfolio of construction projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and internal best practices.
  • 2Lead team members in executing highly complex construction projects and developing internal processes for service delivery.
  • 3Develop and implement communications to client groups on strategy, projects, and hot topics.
  • 4Build and maintain effective working relationships with peers across the organization.
  • 5Participate in leadership activities, evaluate team performance, and champion organizational culture.
  • 6Provide recommendations and update methodologies for project leadership best practices.
  • 7Manage the annual training program for operational project leaders using best practices.
  • 8Establish performance metrics for team members and assist in achieving standards.
  • 9Establish customer service standards, resolve operational issues, and make inclusive decisions.
  • 10Select, train, develop, and evaluate project management leaders; make hiring and termination decisions.

Requirements8

  • 17+ years in project management or management consulting.
  • 210+ years in project management with healthcare construction experience preferred.
  • 3High school diploma or GED required.
  • 4Experience managing operational construction projects.
  • 5Experience leading and developing project management teams.
  • 6Experience with budget development and resource allocation.
  • 7Experience developing and implementing project governance and metrics.
  • 8Experience communicating with executives and stakeholders.
