What You'll Do8

  • 1Lead the implementation of the Behavioral and Mental Health portfolio, coordinating with clinical and operational leaders to meet strategic goals.
  • 2Drive projects from inception to completion, defining scope, timelines, and quality benchmarks for cross-functional initiatives.
  • 3Facilitate executive-level meetings with clear objectives, producing actionable outcomes and decisions.
  • 4Prepare and deliver status reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • 5Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and reallocating resources to stay within the approved plan.
  • 6Collaborate with system resources including fundraising, marketing, and communications to align messaging and support.
  • 7Identify gaps in project progress and intervene to keep critical initiatives on track.
  • 8Engage stakeholders at all levels, building consensus and managing conflict to maintain project momentum.

Requirements8

  • 13-5 years managing projects in a healthcare or business environment.
  • 2Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or health service field.
  • 3Proven ability to lead projects independently with minimal supervision.
  • 4Skilled in facilitating cross-functional teams and driving collaborative outcomes.
