You own field operations for 8-10 years of construction experience, delivering new builds, core and shell, and occupied renovations. - 4Conduct morning huddles and weekly trade meetings to align all parties.
- 5Coordinate with owners, designers, and engineers to resolve field issues.
- 6Manage project quality, ensuring work meets specifications and standards.
- 7Own production targets, adjusting resources to meet milestones.
- 8Document daily field reports and safety observations.
- 9Support occupied renovation projects, protecting occupants and maintaining operations.
- 10Mentor junior field staff, growing future superintendents.
Requirements8
- 18-10 years of construction experience, including new building and core and shell.
- 2Experience with occupied renovations in active facilities.
- 3Corporate Interiors, Hospital, Bioscience, Lab, or Cleanroom project experience is a plus.
- 4Proven ability to lead subcontractors and field teams.
- 5Proficiency in computerized scheduling software like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- 6Strong communication with owners, designers, and engineers.
- 7Track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
- 8Valid OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
