Overview

What You'll Do13
- 1Lead construction projects from early site preparation through final completion and closeout
- 2Collaborate with project manager to create and maintain overall project schedule
- 3Enforce site safety practices and protocols for all personnel and subcontractors
- 4Create maintain and review all project documentation including daily reports logs RFIs and submittals
- 5Provide day-to-day project oversight and quality control to meet contract documents specifications and company standards
- 6Coordinate and communicate effectively with trades subcontractors clients owners and other stakeholders
- 7Manage project materials including planning ordering tracking deliveries and verifying quantities and quality
- 8Support and supervise self-perform work such as demolition concrete rough carpentry and door installation
- 9Use Procore and other project management tools to track progress documentation and communication
- 10Assist with planning and coordination for ground-up addition and renovation projects
- 11Lead field coordination on commercial buildings K-12 schools water and wastewater facilities car washes fitness facilities and industrial pre-engineered metal buildings
- 12Maintain strong client-facing communication representing the company professionally and addressing issues promptly
- 13Support national traveling projects by temporarily covering sites when traveling superintendents are unavailable
Requirements11
- 1At least 10 years of experience in commercial construction
- 2At least 10 years of experience as a superintendent on ground-up projects
- 3Experience serving as lead superintendent on at least 5 projects
- 4Proven ability to manage projects valued above $10 million
- 5Strong experience in commercial construction and general contracting environments
- 6Demonstrated ability to create and manage construction schedules in collaboration with project managers
- 7Proficiency with Procore for project documentation and communication
- 8Experience supervising subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades on active jobsites
- 9Hands-on experience with ground-up construction and commercial building projects
- 10Strong client-facing communication skills and experience working directly with clients and owners
- 11Ability to walk at least 2 miles per day on-site climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds as needed

$110 - $165k per year
