Traveling Project Superintendent
Overview
Lead a dedicated ICI Team as a core member. Manage complex project sites in retail restaurant and auto markets. Ensure top-quality results through effective resource and construction process management. This is a full-time position with a dedicated mentor for career growth.
What You'll Do10
- 1Communicate professionally with clients architects engineers design partners subcontractors trades and internal team members
- 2Manage day-to-day activities of complicated project sites
- 3Maintain a safe work site by implementing housekeeping regulations and enforcing OSHA compliance
- 4Oversee and inspect work in progress against designs and specifications
- 5Reduce project risk by documenting jobsite details and managing weekly site meetings
- 6Develop six-week look-ahead schedules and manage overall project timelines
- 7Maintain client relationships by meeting expectations and addressing concerns
- 8Lead a team of workers on rough uneven terrain and climb multiple flights of stairs
- 9Produce innovative solutions to complex challenges
- 10Drive efficient construction processes across diverse project types
Requirements7
- 1Minimum 5 years supervision construction experience at a GC/CM firm
- 2Solid professional communication skills
- 3Ability to manage multiple priorities
- 4Proven supervision and management skills
- 5Valid driver’s license
- 6OSHA 30 Hour Certification or ability to obtain
- 7Physical stamina for standing sitting walking climbing and lifting up to 50 lbs
