Concrete Craftsman / Finisher role leading on-site concrete projects at scale for a trusted contractor. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and finish concrete surfaces using a range of tools and equipment
- 2Pour, spread, and smooth concrete to meet project specifications
- 3Form foundations, walls, driveways, and slabs to required tolerances
- 4Install foundation waterproofing and drain tile systems
- 5Repair masonry and prepare surfaces for subsequent work stages
- 6Operate heavy machinery including skid steers, excavators, and concrete saws
- 7Ensure quality standards and project specs are met
- 8Maintain and service tools and equipment to minimize downtime
- 9Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- 10Adhere to all on-site safety guidelines and protocols
Requirements10
- 110+ years of proven experience in concrete finishing, form setting, and equipment operation
- 2Proficiency with construction tools and equipment used in concrete work
- 3Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- 4Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varied weather conditions
- 5Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- 6A Class A Commercial Driver’s License is a plus
- 7Veterans and Reservists are a plus
- 8Experience with operating heavy machinery and formwork construction
- 9Commitment to safety and ability to work as part of a team
- 10Willingness to work in Bloomington, MN area and travel as needed
Salary Insight
$67 - $83k per year
