What You'll Do10
- 1Build forms for walls, foundations, columns, and structural concrete and prepare for pours
- 2Install and tie rebar and assist with concrete pours and placement
- 3Finish concrete using bull floats, power screeds, and hand tools
- 4Read measurements and layout forms accurately and safely
- 5Maintain a clean, safe site and coordinate travel to multiple Phoenix-area projects
- 6Support senior carpenters in high-end residential and commercial projects
- 7Collaborate with foremen on project timelines and quality standards
- 8Inspect finished work for level and alignment against specifications
- 9Document work progress and communicate site updates to the team
- 10Ensure compliance with safety protocols and job site rules
Requirements9
- 15+ years of concrete form setting experience
- 2Experience with structural concrete, walls, columns, and foundations
- 3Experience with rebar placement and concrete finishing
- 4Ability to read a tape measure and work from dimensions
- 5Ability to lift and perform physical outdoor work
