Overview
We seek a Lead Concrete Finisher to oversee crew operations and ensure high-quality concrete flat work across Twin Cities sites. This role involves supervising staff managing grading forming placement and finishing while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will produce detailed daily production reports and drive operational excellence.

Requirements6
- 15+ years experience as a Lead Concrete Finisher
- 2Spark and Airflow proficiency for data analysis
- 3AWS Certified cloud certification preferred
- 4CPC Card certification required
- 55+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 63-5 seasons of relevant industry experience
