What You'll Do9
- 1Build schedules to place finish crews for high volume projects
- 2Design layouts for expansion joints and edges
- 3Supervise concrete placement using floats trowels and screeds
- 4Monitor weather impacts on curing processes
- 5Operate skid steers and forklifts for material handling
- 6Inspect surfaces for defects and coordinate repairs
- 7Maintain OSHA safety standards on site
- 8Train apprentices in proper finishing techniques
- 9Analyze project timelines to meet delivery dates
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing concrete crews
- 35+ years experience with Concrete Mixing equipment
- 42+ years knowledge of PPE Compliance
- 51+ year background in Construction Management
- 6Certified Concrete Professional certification required
- 7OSHA 30 certification preferred
- 8Blueprint Reading proficiency mandatory
- 9Project Coordination skills essential
- 10Problem Solving abilities demonstrated through past projects
