What You'll Do15
- 1Assist with concrete mixing pouring and finishing to create smooth level surfaces according to project specifications
- 2Set up and dismantle formwork and scaffolding using carpentry skills and hand tools
- 3Install rebar and metal studs as reinforcement for concrete structures following blueprints and technical drawings
- 4Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to cut shape and position concrete components
- 5Follow all safety protocols and workplace safety regulations diligently during all phases of construction
- 6Interpret construction plans and blueprints accurately to ensure proper placement of concrete elements
- 7Support the installation of hardscape features such as patios walkways and retaining walls using specialized techniques like stucco and caulking
- 8Skills Mechanical knowledge related to construction tools and equipment operation
- 9Ability to read blueprints technical drawings and construction plans with precision
- 10Experience with concrete forming pouring finishing cutting and pumping processes
- 11Familiarity with construction estimating and interpreting blueprint specifications
- 12Strong understanding of construction workplace safety regulations and protocol adherence
- 13Proficiency in using hand tools power tools heavy lifting equipment and heavy machinery operation
- 14Knowledge of rebar installation metal stud framing flooring installation plastering renovation techniques stucco application caulking methods

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in construction labor
- 35+ years experience with concrete forming pouring finishing cutting and pumping
- 41 year certification in CPC Card
- 52 years proficiency in BCBA
- 63-5 years mechanical knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- 74-8 years familiarity with construction estimating and blueprint interpretation
- 81 year understanding of workplace safety regulations and protocol adherence
- 92 years experience with hardscape installation techniques
- 101 year familiarity with stucco application and caulking methods
- 111 year knowledge of rebar installation and metal stud framing
