General Construction Laborer
Overview
Lead a team of laborers across multiple projects. Expect extensive field work and travel. Seeking dedicated individuals who thrive in dynamic environments.
What You'll Do11
- 1Adhere and promote company SAFETY measures at all times
- 2Manual labor associated with installing, repairing, and servicing conventional, deep well, and HDD ground beds
- 3Loading and unloading equipment and materials
- 4Prepare construction site and clean up when job is completed
- 5Dig ditches or trenches, backfill excavations, and compact and level earth to grade specifications, using picks, shovels, tampers, and rakes
- 6SAFELY operate equipment (backhoe, trencher, mini excavator, auger, and forklift)
- 7Perform routine/preventative maintenance and inspection on equipment
- 8Help clean and organize truck and warehouse area
- 9Provide and maintain accurate paperwork
- 10Drive heavy vehicles safely and efficiently
- 11Maintain compliance with all safety regulations
Requirements10
- 1Must pass full panel DOT drug screen
- 2Have some construction/labor experience
- 3Background screening: No felonies, nothing violent or sexual
- 4Be comfortable working outside
- 5Standing, bending, pushing, pulling
- 6Valid Driver's License
- 7CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
- 8Must be 21+ (due to insurance purposes)
- 9Must be US Citizen
