What You'll Do9
- 1Support foremen and superintendents by performing industrial cleaning, light construction, and material removal.
- 2Operate a floor scrubber to maintain clean job sites.
- 3Assist with setup and teardown of equipment, gathering proper tools for each task.
- 4Prepare job sites for different trades, including setup and cleanup tasks.
- 5Direct traffic when needed to ensure safety for pedestrians, motorists, and crew.
- 6Provide labor support to specialty crews as assigned.
- 7Wear approved Personal Protective Equipment at all times on site.
- 8Attend safety meetings and follow all safety policies and procedures.
- 9Communicate clearly with team members and follow directions from leadership.
Requirements8
- 11+ year of construction or similar experience.
- 2Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
- 3Stand or walk up to 75% of the workday.
- 4Squat, kneel, bend, reach, pull, walk, and climb continuously for up to 8 hours.
- 5Reliable transportation to the Columbus, OH site.
- 6Excellent communication, organizational, and listening skills.
- 7Comfort working outdoors in sun, rain, and wind.
- 8Willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays and some Sundays.
