Construction Laborer, General Labor & Concrete Support
Overview
You will own concrete support and site cleanup on a large active construction project in Lebanon, IN. You will assist with concrete pours, operate a come-along, move materials, and tear down forms. You will work alongside other trades and report to site leadership. This contract role pays $20.00-$22.00/hr and starts ASAP.
What You'll Do8
- 1Assist with concrete pours, operating a come-along and moving concrete with wheelbarrows.
- 2Perform concrete cleanup after foundation pours, tearing down forms and removing materials safely.
- 3Complete site cleanup, maintaining an organized and debris-free work area.
- 4Move, install, and remove jobsite signage as directed.
- 5Remove dust and debris from walls, ceilings, baseboards, and other surfaces.
- 6Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete assigned tasks.
- 7Follow instructions from supervisors and site leadership to hit project milestones.
- 8Work alongside crew members and other trades, adhering to all jobsite safety procedures and wearing required PPE.
Requirements7
- 1Previous construction labor experience or a similar physically demanding role.
- 2Ability to safely use basic hand tools.
- 3Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- 4Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- 5Ability to lift, carry, bend, kneel, climb, and stand for extended periods.
- 6OSHA 10 certification preferred.
- 7Experience on large commercial or industrial construction projects preferred.
Salary Insight
$20 - $22k per year
