What You'll Do8
- 1Perform general construction labor on active job sites, including shoveling, raking, and moving dirt, aggregate, and other materials.
- 2Assist with site preparation, grading support, and material handling to keep projects moving.
- 3Load, unload, and stage tools, equipment, and supplies for crews.
- 4Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas to support job site safety.
- 5Use hand and power tools safely and effectively on daily tasks.
- 6Support equipment operators and crews with spotting and site assistance.
- 7Participate in on-the-job training to learn dump truck operations and safe driving practices.
- 8Travel to project sites and work extended shifts as needed to meet project deadlines.
Requirements8
- 1Valid driver's license required.
- 2Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day.
- 3Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic.
- 4Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- 5Ability to work 10-12 hour shifts and overtime as needed.
- 6Interest in learning dump truck operations and building a career in construction.
- 7Safety-focused mindset and ability to work around heavy equipment.
- 8Previous construction, landscaping, farming, mining, oil & gas, or outdoor labor experience is a plus, but not required.
