You will own hands-on execution across residential and commercial sites, from framing and drywall to concrete and demolition, with 2+ years of proven experience. What You'll Do8
- 1Assist with framing, drywall, flooring, painting, and demolition on active job sites
- 2Operate power tools and hand tools to precise specifications
- 3Measure, cut, and install materials with attention to detail
- 4Prepare job sites, including material loading, unloading, and cleanup
- 5Follow project plans, instructions, and safety protocols to ensure quality workmanship
- 6Identify and communicate material needs or site issues to supervisors
- 7Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- 8Collaborate with skilled tradespeople to complete projects on schedule
Requirements8
- 12+ years of construction experience (required)
- 2Strong knowledge of basic construction practices and tools
- 3Ability to safely operate power tools and hand tools
- 4Ability to read measurements and interpret instructions
- 5Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- 6Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, climbing)
- 7Valid driver's license preferred
- 8Experience in multiple construction areas (framing, concrete, drywall) preferred
