What You'll Do6
- 1Frame interior and exterior walls, roofs, and decks from blueprints and layouts.
- 2Install trim, molding, doors, windows, and siding with precision.
- 3Read and interpret plans, marking measurements accurately.
- 4Operate power tools like saws, nail guns, and drills safely.
- 5Maintain a clean, organized work site to meet safety standards.
- 6Collaborate with the crew to hit project deadlines in the first 90 days.
Requirements5
- 12+ years of carpentry experience with a focus on framing and finish work.
- 2Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools like levels and squares.
- 3Proficiency with hand and power tools including circular saws and reciprocating saws.
- 4Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- 5Comfort working independently or as part of a crew on ladders and scaffolding.
