- 4Ability to use tablets for documents logs timekeeping
- 5Strong leadership communication skills
- 6Compliance with corporate MIOSHA safety regulations
- 7Physical ability to lift 55-80 lbs prolonged periods
- 8Exposure to hazardous materials weather conditions
- 9Manual dexterity eye-hand coordination good fitness
- 10Experience with float tamp trowel screed template shovel broom
