We seek a skilled Concrete Foreman to lead daily operations on large-scale projects in Seattle. The ideal candidate will oversee crew performance, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality results on time. What You'll Do11
- 1Act as brand ambassador and customer service liaison onsite
- 2Provide care and development for crew members through training and supervision
- 3Coordinate daily activities with superintendents project managers and subcontractors
- 4Manage materials and equipment while maintaining safety standards
- 5Supervise laborers equipment operators and truck drivers during material removal and placement
- 6Monitor asphalt and concrete mix quality and installation processes
- 7Operate heavy equipment such as skid steers mini excavators jack hammers rollers and compactors
- 8Communicate project status updates to inspectors superintendents and project managers
- 9Maintain detailed records of work progress time materials and crew attendance
- 10Identify and resolve on-site issues to keep projects on schedule
- 11Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce safety policies
Requirements8
- 1Ability to lift 75-100lbs
- 2High school diploma or equivalent with trade school training preferred
- 3Minimum 3-5 years concrete flatwork experience including 1-2 years supervisory role
- 4Strong knowledge of concrete techniques materials equipment and safety regulations
- 5Valid driver’s license with CDL preferred
- 6Proficiency in operating paving and heavy equipment
- 7Experience reading blueprints and project specifications
- 8Excellent leadership organizational and communication skills
Salary Insight
$73 - $94k per year
