Concrete Foreman
Overview
Lead a crew of up to five operators and laborers to oversee framing concrete pours and finishing work safely and efficiently. Manage project schedules coordinate with superintendents handle materials and inventory produce accurate reports and ensure safety compliance. Drive to job sites and represent the company professionally.

- 2Manage and lead a crew of up to five people providing clear direction and daily guidance

- 4Coordinate field activities with the superintendent to keep projects running smoothly
- 5Order materials and equipment maintain accurate inventory records
- 6Submit daily reports track jobsite progress and document issues
- 7Ensure crew follows safety procedures and protocols
- 8Oversee concrete work including installation finishing and related tasks
- 9Maintain high quality standards for concrete setup pours and finishing
- 10Communicate effectively in Spanish and English with crew members and stakeholders
- 11Monitor productivity adjust work plans and take corrective actions
Requirements16
- 1At least 5 years supervisory experience on a concrete crew
- 2Proven ability to manage a crew of approximately five people in the field
- 3Strong supervisory and leadership skills to direct and motivate crew
- 4Extensive hands-on concrete experience including framing pours and finishing
- 5Ability to create maintain and adjust project schedules for concrete activities
- 6Experience ordering managing materials and equipment maintaining accurate inventory
- 7Comfort writing reports and tracking jobsite progress
- 8Enforce and maintain safety procedures on active job sites
- 9Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
- 10Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
- 11Ability to work 12-hour shifts Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays
- 12Previous experience in foreman or lead role on concrete framing pouring and finishing projects
- 13Demonstrated ability to run productive morning meetings and set clear daily expectations
- 14Strong organizational skills for managing timelines materials and crew assignments
- 15Capability to document and communicate jobsite issues to superintendent and stakeholders
- 16Comfort working in fast-paced field environment with multiple ongoing projects
