Overview
You own the comprehensive health and well-being of a limited panel of 100 patients in our private concierge medicine practice in Los Angeles. You lead a dedicated clinical support team including a Registered Nurse and Patient Care Administrator to deliver relationship-focused, evidence-based, longitudinal care. Our physician-led teams collaborate with Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Family Medicine colleagues across San Francisco, Menlo Park, New York, and Miami, plus access to world-renowned specialists. This role offers clinical autonomy, top-tier compensation, and flexible scheduling, with more time to provide exceptional patient care.
What You'll Do6
- 1Build long-term relationships with a 100-patient panel, delivering personalized primary care.
- 2Manage chronic and acute illnesses, including well checks and house calls, with after-hours phone support.
- 3Coordinate care with a Registered Nurse and Patient Care Administrator through regular team huddles.
- 4Track and review physical development and psychological well-being, creating personalized patient reports.
- 5Lead a care team to proactively identify and address health issues, orchestrating a comprehensive plan of care.
- 6Use EHR systems to maintain accurate medical records and ensure continuity of care.
Requirements8
- 15+ years as a licensed M.D. with a residency in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Medicine-Pediatrics.
- 2Graduate of a four-year accredited medical school.
- 3Current BLS certification and active California medical license.
- 4Experience in longitudinal primary care and academic medical center training or work.
- 5Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- 6Advanced computer literacy, primarily with iOS and EHR systems.
- 7Proven track record of extraordinary patient care and customer service.
- 8High emotional intelligence and ability to work collaboratively in teams.
