What You'll Do10

  • 1Plan, implement, and oversee nursing services and workflows to deliver high-quality patient care and safety.
  • 2Deliver direct patient care when needed, including assessing, planning, and evaluating patient conditions.
  • 3Maintain staff competencies, certifications (CMA, LVN, RN), ACLS, and annual trainings.
  • 4Coordinate clinical supply ordering and inventory to meet patient care needs.
  • 5Develop proficiency in practice systems: eClinicalWorks, Orchard, reference lab portals, and TransactRx.
  • 6Create workflows that prioritize patient experience, safety, and satisfaction; resolve patient concerns promptly.
  • 7Lead monthly staff meetings to communicate updates, review policies, and promote team collaboration.
  • 8Oversee recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, and offboarding of practice staff.
  • 9Manage patient retainer process, including contract execution, statement distribution, and collections.
  • 10Monitor revenue cycle, review monthly financial statements, and implement strategies to improve reimbursement.

Requirements7

  • 12+ years (preferably 5+ years) of progressive leadership in physician practices.
  • 22+ years (preferably 5+ years) as a Registered Nurse manager.
  • 3Active RN license required.
  • 4Experience with a large EMR required; eClinicalWorks a plus.
  • 5Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred; experience may substitute.
  • 6Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 7Service-oriented, adaptable, detail-oriented, and driven for results.
