What You'll Do9
- 1Run daily operations of the physician office, coordinating staff schedules and patient flow to hit productivity targets.
- 2Build staffing plans and adjust coverage for peak times, using Epic to track and streamline workflows.
- 3Update and implement office policies and procedures, aligning with organizational goals and compliance standards.
- 4Interview, select, and onboard new team members, setting clear performance expectations and coaching for growth.
- 5Lead team meetings and provide ongoing training, focusing on Epic proficiency and patient care standards.
- 6Review and approve invoices, monitor cash collection, and oversee accounts receivable to maintain financial health.
- 7Partner with billing, lab, and other departments to resolve operational issues and improve care coordination.
- 8Address patient complaints within 48 hours, documenting resolution and adjusting processes to prevent recurrence.
- 9Present clinic services to community groups and referral networks to grow patient volume and partnerships.
Requirements7
- 13+ years managing clinic operations or a similar healthcare setting.
- 2CMA or LVN background preferred, with direct patient care experience.
- 3Hands-on experience with Epic EHR, including scheduling and clinical workflows.
- 4Proven leadership in a clinic environment, with a track record of developing teams.
- 5Strong problem-solving skills, resolving operational issues and patient complaints quickly.
- 6Ability to manage multiple priorities and balance team workloads effectively.
- 7Willingness to travel as needed for clinic locations or training sessions.
