Responsibilities include installing assembling building troubleshooting servicing repairing desktops and laptops network equipment and providing user instruction.
What You'll Do10
- 1Install and assemble desktop and laptop systems Windows PCs Apple MacOS and Chromebooks
- 2Configure troubleshoot peripheral devices such as headsets keyboards mice speakers and monitors
- 3Assist with connecting new devices to client networks including video doorbells gaming consoles and smart TVs
- 4Set up mobile operating systems and applications on iOS Android and tablet devices
- 5Train candidates to advance toward senior computer systems engineering roles
- 6Maintain professional appearance and punctuality while driving up to 100 miles daily for work orders
- 7Lift products weighing up to 50lbs and operate equipment safely
- 8Document technical work thoroughly and respond promptly to team communications
- 9Multitask while ensuring quality and adhering to company standards
- 10Flexible scheduling available including Saturdays
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Valid driver’s license insurance clean driving record reliable personal vehicle
- 3Professional appearance and ability to lift 50lbs
- 4CompTIA A+ Certification or completion within 90 days
- 5Current employment in computer hardware or desktop support
- 6Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
- 7Reliable transportation and availability for travel up to 100 miles per day
