You will own hardware and network troubleshooting for residential and small business clients across the Dallas-Fort Worth metro. From assembling desktops to configuring smart devices, you handle every layer of end-user tech. Join a mobile repair team founded in 1999, serving 16 metro areas. CompTIA A+ certification required within 90 days, with a path to systems engineer.
What You'll Do7
- 1Install, assemble, and build desktops and laptops running Windows, macOS, and Chromebook OS.
- 2Troubleshoot and repair network equipment including routers, switches, and cabling at client sites.
- 3Connect and configure peripherals like printers, monitors, and audio devices for home and office networks.
- 4Set up and troubleshoot mobile devices and apps on iOS and Android platforms.
- 5Instruct users on personal computer and network operation.
- 6Document all work with detailed technical notes and communicate with the team.
- 7Drive up to 100 miles daily to client locations in a reliable personal vehicle.
Requirements7
- 1CompTIA A+ certification current or obtained within 90 days of hire.
- 2Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable personal car for daily travel.
- 3Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical demands of on-site work.

Salary Insight
