Desktop Support Technician I
Overview
Lead technical support and deployment services for client project needs. Own hardware and OS upgrades, physical installs, cabling, backups, imaging, and app setups. Scale solutions across diverse environments. Drive efficient resolutions for desktop and network connectivity issues. Bold problem solving and client communication. Deliver reliable on-site and remote technical assistance.

- 1Deploy new hardware and perform moves across desktop environments
- 2Conduct OS upgrades and prepare devices for disposal
- 3Troubleshoot desktop computers and network drive integration
- 4Provide remote technical assistance and device configuration
- 5Execute imaging and standard application installations
- 6Manage end‑user support tickets and escalation processes
- 7Collaborate on project testing and documentation
- 8Travel to client sites for hardware deployments and repairs
- 9Maintain compliance with hospital and corporate security policies
- 10Document procedures and contribute to knowledge bases
- 11Adapt to varying work conditions and project timelines
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2High School Diploma requirement
- 31-3 years Windows Desktop/Laptop support experience
- 4MS Office proficiency and software setup expertise
- 5Preferred server move experience and hospital environment familiarity
- 6AA degree in IT‑related field strongly preferred
- 7Certifications: A+, MCP, MCDST optional
- 8Reliable vehicle for transportation of equipment up to 50 pounds
- 9Ability to commute within Seattle and Puget Sound region
- 10Flexibility to travel nationwide for project assignments
