Computer Repair Technician CDW Lifecycle Solutions
Overview
Lead diagnosis and repair of Chromebook hardware and software issues within K–12 area. Review work orders and assess user-reported problems to identify and resolve them. Perform electronic device repairs and troubleshooting while maintaining quality and production standards. This is a long-term contract position.
What You'll Do11
- 1Accurately review customer work orders and assess user-reported computer issues to identify and resolve problems
- 2Test and evaluate customer device needs to determine appropriate repairs
- 3Perform electronic device repairs including hardware and software troubleshooting
- 4Troubleshoot customer hardware or software issues while following proper procedures
- 5Set up repair or replace computer hardware and associated devices as needed
- 6Follow all QC standards reviewing each device per customer request
- 7Remain flexible across K–12 teams to support training on multiple device types
- 8Stay current with OEM requirements and meet production goals while upholding QC standards
- 9Maintain warehouse environment conditions including temperature fluctuations and noise
- 10Demonstrate ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, lift, walk, and carry products for up to 8 hours
- 11Balance competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs while meeting deadlines
