The Community Relations Director leads community outreach initiatives to drive move-ins while maintaining occupancy standards. What You'll Do11
- 1Develops and maintains community outreach efforts targeting hospitals senior housing assisted living and other referral sources
- 2Identifies new referral sources and creates education strategies
- 3Works with executive leadership to create annual and quarterly networking plans
- 4Manages approved budget and maintains dynamic contact database
- 5Plans and implements influencer events to boost referrals and awareness
- 6Represents community at professional events showcasing capabilities
- 7Establishes public relations programs with sales and marketing teams
- 8Prepares quarterly marketing reports for corporate leadership
- 9Participates in daily manager meetings for follow up
- 10Plans organizational programs and policies for management participation
- 11Handles administrative duties including onsite location and payroll processes
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5+ years senior housing healthcare experience
- 2Valid driver’s license and ability to operate vehicle
- 3Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- 4Minimum three years experience in senior housing or healthcare
- 5Knowledge of senior housing regulations and assisted living guidelines
- 6Ability to work with diverse populations including ill disabled elderly individuals
- 7Strong communication skills for interactions with supervisors team members prospects and residents
- 8Experience making independent decisions and following instructions
- 9Physical stamina for prolonged desk work and lifting 25 pounds
- 10Exposure to potential environmental hazards like blood body fluids and hazardous chemicals
