What You'll Do11

  • 1Own and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve budgeted occupancy and maintain a waitlist.
  • 2Conduct tours delivering personalized experiences that convert leads into engaged prospects.
  • 3Maintain an up‑to‑date CRM database tracking prospect interactions and pipeline metrics.
  • 4Partner with operations, dining, and enrichment teams to ensure seamless community experiences.
  • 5Analyze market trends and adjust tactics to exceed occupancy targets.
  • 6Lead daily stand‑up meetings to review prospect status and sales pipeline progress.
  • 7Train and mentor sales staff focusing on relationship building and revenue generation.
  • 8Collaborate with external partners to expand referral networks and generate high‑quality leads.
  • 9Manage sales budgets and report variances to senior leadership.
  • 10Serve as a member of the community emergency response team and uphold professional conduct standards.
  • 11Participate in MOD rotations and perform all duties as directed.

Requirements10

  • 1Bachelor’s degree in Sales Marketing Business or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2Minimum 2 years sales management experience in senior living or multi‑unit settings.
  • 3Proven record of achieving occupancy and revenue goals.
  • 4Strong leadership and team‑building abilities with excellent organizational skills.
  • 5Reliable transportation for commuting and prospect home visits.
  • 6Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • 7Deep understanding of senior living sales processes and CRM tools.
  • 8Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms for data analysis.
  • 9Ability to commute from Houston TX 77030.
  • 10High school diploma required; 4 years Microsoft 365 experience preferred.
