What You'll Do8

  • 1Serve as primary point of contact for community partners providing support and guidance
  • 2Maintain accurate records databases reports and program documentation
  • 3Conduct outreach calls and ongoing communication with partner organizations
  • 4Track activities program participation compliance requirements and partner engagement
  • 5Coordinate equipment requests deliveries and program-related logistics
  • 6Assist with scheduling scanning documents and data entry administrative support
  • 7Analyze data and generate reports using Microsoft Office tools including Excel
  • 8Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve program effectiveness

Requirements8

  • 1High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel Pivot Tables preferred
  • 3Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 4Comfortable making outbound calls and building professional relationships
  • 5Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • 6Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • 7Customer service administrative nonprofit or community engagement experience preferred
  • 8Bilingual skills Spanish or Mandarin are a plus
