What You'll Do8
- 1Serve as primary point of contact for community partners providing support and guidance
- 2Maintain accurate records databases reports and program documentation
- 3Conduct outreach calls and ongoing communication with partner organizations
- 4Track activities program participation compliance requirements and partner engagement
- 5Coordinate equipment requests deliveries and program-related logistics
- 6Assist with scheduling scanning documents and data entry administrative support
- 7Analyze data and generate reports using Microsoft Office tools including Excel
- 8Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve program effectiveness
Requirements8
- 1High School Diploma or GED required
- 2Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel Pivot Tables preferred
- 3Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 4Comfortable making outbound calls and building professional relationships
- 5Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- 6Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- 7Customer service administrative nonprofit or community engagement experience preferred
- 8Bilingual skills Spanish or Mandarin are a plus
