What You'll Do9
- 1Facilitate mentorship programming and recruitment
- 2Design and execute community events and activities
- 3Maintain electronic and physical files for clients and events
- 4Represent Spence-Chapin at conferences and partner meetings
- 5Support program development and logistics for community initiatives
- 6Assist with administrative tasks related to program coordination
- 7Monitor expenses and ensure accurate record keeping
- 8Engage with diverse populations including tweens and teens
- 9Collaborate with marketing to promote events
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Associate or Bachelor’s degree required
- 3At least 2-3 years of relevant program administrative experience
- 4Experience working with sensitive populations such as children and families
- 5Knowledge of cultural diversity and cross-cultural issues
- 6Bilingual candidates a plus
- 7Personal lived experience in adoption or foster care
- 8Proficiency in Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint
- 9Strong oral and written communication skills
- 10Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- 11Saturday commitment for program events and occasional evenings
