Overview
Manage day-to-day operations of an assigned property while leading a team to achieve budgeted financial and operational goals. Ensure compliance with fair housing and accessibility laws. Provide input into budget development through financial analysis and marketing reviews.
What You'll Do11
- 1Analyze financial statements and operational reports to set rent rates and meet revenue targets
- 2Approve vendor invoices and reconcile payments while verifying insurance documentation
- 3Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty cash fund balance
- 4Oversee lease enforcement processes including tenant applications and inspections
- 5Implement marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue objectives
- 6Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints promptly
- 7Ensure maintenance teams follow company standards for service requests
- 8Conduct property inspections to verify safety cleanliness and appeal
- 9Supervise staff through hiring training and performance management
- 10Maintain client/owner relationships through regular updates and meetings
- 11Complete accounting and financial reports as assigned
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Business Management Real Estate or related field
- 24-6 years relevant experience in property management sales marketing or customer service
- 3Valid driver’s license for golf cart operation on property
- 4Proficiency in internet word processing spreadsheet and database programs
- 5Strong knowledge of property management software such as Entrata Yardi or OneSite
- 6Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- 7Excellent communication conflict resolution and customer service skills
- 8Detail-oriented independent work style with collaborative teamwork abilities
- 9License and certification required by state/local jurisdiction
- 10Physical ability to lift 20 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
