Overview
Lead onsite team to achieve excellence help potential residents find their dream home and assure current residents never leave the community and IRT family. This is a full-time position based in Indianapolis Indiana onsite with payroll.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build resident service excellence by leading onsite team
- 2Drive occupancy goals through leasing activity
- 3Conduct property walks ensuring cleanliness and curb appeal
- 4Manage resident relations and resolve concerns promptly
- 5Handle budgeting financial reporting and expense control
- 6Coordinate vendor services and oversee contracts
- 7Train and mentor staff for professional growth
- 8Respond to online reviews and manage property reputation
- 9Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Requirements9
- 12+ years in multi-family community management or 4+ years in a leadership role
- 2Experience managing a single community with 350+ units
- 3Strong leadership customer service and communication skills
- 4Detail-oriented with planning time management and deadline adherence
- 5Proficient in MS Office Word Excel
- 6Entrata experience preferred
- 7Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing regulations
- 8Valid driver’s license required
- 9Must attend company paid multi-day out of state training within 2 weeks of start date
