What You'll Do16
- 1Market and lease available apartments using leasing skills compliant with fair housing laws
- 2Pre-lease units and maintain waitlist of prospective residents
- 3Provide high level customer service connect with residents
- 4Collect and deposit rent late fees deposits using Yardi software
- 5Market units daily on Craigslist and approved sites
- 6Screen and qualify prospective residents
- 7Prepare vacant units for rental including renovation oversight
- 8Enter traffic applications leases notices work orders into Yardi Voyager daily
- 9Provide status and strategies to Regional Manager
- 10Maintain organized unit files including leases communications work orders
- 11Bid and negotiate service contracts manage supplies maintain staff vendor relationships
- 12Perform maintenance and repairs oversee cleaning building grounds
- 13Manage property expenditures within budget
- 14Respond to resident requests complaints promptly efficiently courteously
- 15Serve as employer representative enforce rules report issues
- 16All other duties as assigned
Requirements10
- 1Minimum two years multi-family property management experience
- 2Working knowledge of property management California local laws
- 3Strong Microsoft Office and property management software skills Yardi Voyager RealPage preferred
- 4Excellent problem solving multi-tasking organizational skills
- 5Ability to empathize with residents staff enforce community rules
- 6Must work well with others
- 7Strong communication verbal written ability to write reports correspondence procedures
- 8High school diploma or equivalent
- 9College degree a plus
- 10Valid driver’s license
