What You'll Do11
- 1Oversee daily operations of affordable multi-family community
- 2Lead and supervise on-site staff providing guidance on customer service and leasing
- 3Manage leasing process including marketing tours and lease execution
- 4Ensure financial performance through budget creation and expenditure monitoring
- 5Conduct regular interior and exterior inspections for compliance
- 6Administer resident programs to build strong community
- 7Oversee renovations completing projects on time and within budget
- 8Handle resident concerns professionally resolving issues quickly
- 9Prepare annual operating budgets and conduct quarterly reviews
- 10Maintain resident transaction records including move-ins and move-outs
- 11Foster team-oriented environment collaborating with corporate leadership
Requirements6
- 12-3 years property management experience in affordable apartments
- 2Familiarity with HUD LIHTC PSH Section 8 Senior Rural Development programs
- 3Proficiency with Yardi and MRI property management software
- 4Strong communication and organizational skills
- 5Physical ability to lift 25 pounds
- 6Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance
