What You'll Do23

  • 1Lead daily operations of assigned affordable housing community ensuring operational financial and regulatory performance
  • 2Foster welcoming safe professional environment through trauma-informed engagement with residents
  • 3Collaborate with Resident Services to promote housing stability and resident well-being
  • 4Maintain on-site presence managing emergencies and daily tasks
  • 5Provide temporary relief coverage for staffing gaps as needed
  • 6Lead leasing process including marketing waitlist management and eligibility determinations
  • 7Manage rent collection achieving monthly quarterly and annual payment goals
  • 8Process resident applications determining income and program eligibility
  • 9Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy by communicating deadlines to maintenance staff
  • 10Maintain compliance with LIHTC HUD RD and 811 regulations
  • 11Supervise personnel and vendors ensuring curb appeal and property conditions
  • 12Monitor property condition daily ensuring cleanliness safety and strong curb appeal
  • 13Resolve resident work orders promptly and professionally
  • 14Track financial performance exceeding budget identifying expense revenue issues
  • 15Process vendor invoices and maintain accurate documentation
  • 16Represent HDC professionally with external partners and government agencies
  • 17Require high school diploma driver’s license customer service background preferred
  • 18Value organizational skills attention to detail multitasking and communication abilities
  • 19Demonstrate drug screening background check completion

  • 1High school diploma driver’s license
  • 2Customer service background one year property management experience preferred
