CNC Operator, Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing

You will operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components for aerospace and defense programs. You will run multi-axis vertical and horizontal machining centers, read engineering drawings, and inspect parts with precision tools. Own CNC milling and turning operations in a climate controlled shop, delivering high quality parts for automotive, military, and medical applications. Work across multiple machines in a team focused on precision and efficiency. Participate in minor program edits and tooling adjustments to meet production goals. This role stands out with onsite manufacturing in Minneapolis and a structured shift schedule.

Own programming setup and inspection for precision CNC parts at a first-shift, 4,10hr days schedule. You will develop machining programs, prepare machines, and ensure parts meet GD&T specifications in a collaborative AS9100 certified shop. This role focuses on ownership of complete machining processes and continuous shop floor advancement.

You will own CNC programming for 3, 4, and 5-axis mills and lathes at a leading aerospace manufacturer. You will collaborate with machinists and cross-functional teams to drive quality and throughput. Your work directly supports defense and space programs with high-tolerance, complex geometries.
