What You'll Do7
- 1Set up and operate Mazak CNC lathes and mills to produce precision parts.
- 2Program parts in Mazatrol for efficient machining cycles.
- 3Read blueprints and engineering drawings to determine dimensions and tolerances.
- 4Select cutting tools and set speeds, feeds, coolant flow, depth, and angle of cut.
- 5Use precision measuring tools to check parts and adjust machines as needed.
- 6Maintain high productivity to meet production goals and quality standards.
- 7Follow safety protocols and detailed instructions diligently.
Requirements7
- 13+ years of machining experience required.
- 2High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 35+ years machinist experience preferred for programmer level.
- 4Proficiency in Mazatrol programming required for programmer level.
- 52+ years machine operator experience and Mazatrol exposure preferred for operator level.
- 6Ability to commute to Spring, TX 77386 required.
- 7Pre-employment background check and drug screen may be conducted.
