Overview
Design and execute countertop fabrication projects for custom stone surfaces. Manage material selection and machine setup to deliver high-quality engineered stone products.
What You'll Do9
- 1Analyze customer specifications from drawings to define material requirements and machine configurations
- 2Fabricate precision components using CNC equipment according to approved production schedules
- 3Verify dimensional accuracy through tactile inspection and measurement tools
- 4Maintain operational standards for machinery including calibration and preventive maintenance
- 5Ensure workspace cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols
- 6Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex fabrication challenges
- 7Document quality control checkpoints throughout production process
- 8Follow documented work instructions while adapting to varying project specifications
- 9Support inventory management by retrieving appropriate materials for each job
Requirements8
- 118 years old or older
- 2Pass drug test and background check
- 3Hold HS diploma or GED equivalent
- 4Complete 0-2 years relevant experience
- 5Familiarity with waterjet saws edge polishers CNC machines and hand tools
- 6Demonstrated aptitude for precision manual work
- 7Strong attention to detail in dimensional verification
- 8Ability to operate in environments with temperature variations and dust exposure
