What You'll Do8
- 1Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce close-tolerance precision components
- 2Operate CNC mills as needed with preference for mill experience
- 3Read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and work instructions
- 4Make offsets and minor program edits to maintain quality and efficiency
- 5Select tooling and optimize setups for repeatable production
- 6Assist with fixturing and workholding solutions
- 7Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring equipment
- 8Maintain quality documentation and follow AS9100 quality standards
Requirements5
- 15+ years of CNC machining experience with strong lathe emphasis
- 2Proven setup and operation experience
- 3Ability to read blueprints and hold tight tolerances
- 4Strong understanding of tooling speeds feeds and machining fundamentals
