Requirements9
- 15+ years experience in CNA training programs or nursing education
- 2RN license preferred but prior experience valued
- 3Bilingual English Spanish proficiency is a plus
- 4Strong organizational and documentation skills
- 5Professional communication abilities
- 6Detail-oriented and proactive mindset
- 7Experience in healthcare administration or long-term care preferred
- 8Former Director of Nursing or similar leadership roles valued
