- 5Monitor completion certification and employment rates
- 6Deliver CNA curriculum in lab and clinical settings following state standards
- 7Teach core competencies including patient care safety infection control and professionalism
- 8Assess student skills readiness for certification exams
- 9Maintain accurate instructional records attendance evaluations and student files
- 10Create supportive inclusive learning environment for adult learners
- 11Support student retention career readiness and job placement
- 12Coordinate clinical site placements supervise clinical experiences
- 13Engage healthcare employers align training with workforce needs
- 14Collaborate with admissions and student support teams

- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading adult education programs
- 3Current Texas RN or LVN license with at least one year long-term care experience
- 4Training or experience in adult education or supervising nurse aides
- 5Classroom lab and clinical settings evening availability required
