What You'll Do11
- 1Provide direct support for bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation
- 2Observe and report client condition changes to healthcare professionals
- 3Ensure HIPAA compliance and resident rights adherence
- 4Assist with mobility transfers and heavy lifting
- 5Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions
- 6Engage clients in social activities and companionship
- 7Maintain clean safe environment through light housekeeping
- 8Apply CPC Card certification and BCBA training
- 9Utilize AWS cloud solutions for documentation
- 10Implement React frameworks for internal reporting
- 11Scale care plans based on client feedback
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of home care experience
- 3CNA certification preferred
- 4Texas driver's license required
- 55+ years experience with patient observation techniques
- 6First aid and emergency response protocols knowledge
- 7Strong communication skills for client families and healthcare teams
- 8Ability to lift safely using proper techniques
- 9Experience with resident transfers
- 10Compassionate demeanor and genuine desire to help others
