What You'll Do11
- 1Build relationships through meaningful conversation and engaging activities
- 2Document care activities and report health changes to supervisors
- 3Provide personal care assistance including bathing dressing grooming and toileting
- 4Offer mobility support walking assistance transfers and fall prevention
- 5Assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation light housekeeping and medication reminders
- 6Perform errands and transportation duties
- 7Deliver companionship and emotional support to clients
- 8Monitor client well-being and maintain accurate records
- 9Lead and ship care plans while scaling services as needed
- 10Drive positive outcomes within the first ninety days
- 11Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
Requirements10
- 1Reliable transportation
- 2Ability to pass background screening
- 3Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 4Experience assisting clients with mobility
- 5Commitment to dignity and respect in caregiving
- 6Background in healthcare or related field preferred
- 7Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- 8Certification in CPR or first aid recommended
- 9Ability to work independently and follow protocols
- 10Pass background check and reference verification
