Overview
Lead a CNA team in a full-time role overseeing education, mentorship, scheduling, and patient care at Pine Creek Rehab in Salt Lake City UT. You will drive excellence in resident care through coaching, scheduling, and floor coverage. This role combines leadership, compliance, and hands-on support to CNAs and nursing management.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build and deliver CNA education programs to ensure consistent, high quality patient care
- 2Design and maintain mentorship initiatives that foster professional growth and continuous improvement
- 3Schedule CNAs to guarantee appropriate coverage across shifts and units
- 4Participate in interviewing and hiring CNAs in collaboration with Recruiting HR and Nursing management
- 5Lead on the floor to support patient treatment needs when necessary
- 6Oversee Central Supply to maintain adequate inventory levels and respond to supply needs
- 7Drive compliance with long-term care laws and guidelines
- 8Provide clear, constructive feedback and recognition to CNAs
- 9Coordinate with nursing leadership to optimize team performance
Requirements8
- 1Active CNA certification
- 2Minimum of 2 years of CNA experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
- 3Knowledge of long-term care laws and guidelines
- 4Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 5Strong organizational abilities
- 6Experience in education or mentorship is a plus
- 7Ability to work on the floor as needed
- 8Familiarity with scheduling and coordination of CNA teams
