- 1Audit and respond to resident call lights to ensure timely assistance
- 2Provide assistance with bathing dressing eating and mobility to maintain comfort and independence
- 3Safely reposition residents to prevent injury and support comfort
- 4Monitor and document food and fluid intake and report changes in condition
- 5Communicate health changes to nursing staff and document observations
- 6Build respectful supportive relationships with residents and teammates to foster trust
